I can’t log-in to the website. Help.
You need to set up an account. Very occasionally confirmation emails end up in spam folders, so it’s also worth checking your spam if you’re not receiving that mail. Failing that, drop us a line: hello@theparkbrewery.com
CLICK AND COLLECT
Can I pop by and collect anytime?
We don’t have a ‘click and collect’ option currently. Our preferred pick-up time is on Saturdays from 3-6pm when our shop is open. You don’t need to pre-order, just rock up. If you can’t make that, Friday afternoon until 5pm works. Failing that, the brewery is covered from approximately 10am – 4pm Monday to Thursday. However, sometimes we’re in full production mode, or out delivering, so it’s difficult for us to stop and deal with customers. Do I need to pay in advance if I’m picking up from you? On Saturdays no, you can pay on the door. If you’re coming on a weekday, it’s easier for us (and quicker for you) if you pay in advance, but not essential.

How do I get hold of some pies?
Every so often we pick up some pies from our Pie-man. As soon as we have them, we let everyone on our mailing list know and then load them onto the website. If you’d like to be at the front of the queue, we recommend signing up (you can do so by simply giving us permission via email and we’ll do it this side).
