A bold juicy clear IPA. A simple grain bill of pilsner malt and wheat malt allow the hops to shine through. Heavily dry hopped with some of our favourite Pacific North West varieties. Low bitterness, notes of tropical fruits, oranges and pine.
Hops: Magnum, Centennial, Citra, Cascade, Columbus
Spankers Hill Wood was planted in 1819. The name remains a mystery but it’s possibly a reference to a famous racehorse at the time, named Spanker.
